(“TSA LLC.”, “we”, “us” or “our”) owns and operates the **airport.online** website and its sub-domain **alnajaf-airport** (located at www.Airport.Online, the “Site”), through which it makes available various services and products, including **Flight Tracking, Lounge Services, Meet and Greet, and Fast Track services**, all kinds of visa services, airport information, accommodation services, financial information, community notices, media releases, and other services (collectively, the “Services”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services.

TSA LLC Right to Revise Terms

TSA LLC reserves the right to **revise these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion**. If we make changes, we will provide notice, such as by providing notice through the Services or updating the “Effective Date” date at the beginning of these Terms.

• **Electronic Communications Consent:** By creating an Account, you consent to receive electronic communications from TSA LLC or third-party providers (e.g., via email) for **operational notices** and **promotional materials** (which you can opt out of).
• **Text Message Consent:** By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive calls or text messages for **operational or informational purposes** (e.g., Account verification). Standard message and data rates may apply.

User Conduct and Restrictions

You agree that you will not violate any law, contract, intellectual property, or other third-party right. You are solely responsible for your conduct while accessing or using the Services. You agree you will **not**:

• Engage in any harassing, threatening, intimidating, predatory, or stalking conduct.
• Use or attempt to use another user’s account without authorisation.

License Granted to TSA LLC

If you upload, post, or submit User Content, you hereby grant TSA LLC a **nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and fully sublicensable right and license** to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, perform and publicly display your User Content for any purpose whatsoever, including, without limitation, for commercial purposes.

Proprietary Rights and Limited License

The Services and all content contained therein, including the TSA LLC logo, designs, text, graphics, and data (collectively, “Content”) are the **proprietary property of TSA LLC** or our licensors and are protected by the Turkiye Republic and international copyright laws.

• Modify or otherwise make any derivative uses of the Services or Content.

• **Purchases:** You agree to pay the applicable fees for purchases made through us or our vendors. Purchases made through **third parties** are solely between you and the applicable third party and subject to their terms.

Indemnification

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Disclaimers of Warranties

TSA LLC **disclaims all other warranties**, including, without limitation, implied warranties of **merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement**.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or stop providing access to the Services at any time **without notice and obligation or liability to you**.

Limitations on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the TSA LLC parties be liable for any **indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages** of any kind arising out of or in any way related to the access to or use of the services or content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the **maximum aggregate liability** of the TSA LLC parties (jointly) arising out of or in any way related to access or use of the services or content **exceed $100**.

Dispute Resolution; Arbitration

This section requires you to arbitrate certain disputes and claims with TSA LLC and limits how you can seek relief from us, including a **class action waiver**.

• **Waiver of Court and Jury Trial:** You and TSA LLC agree to waive your respective rights to have any disputes resolved in a court or by a jury trial. Instead, you agree to resolve disputes through **binding arbitration**.
• **Individual Arbitration:** You and TSA LLC agree that any dispute will be resolved **solely through individual arbitration** and will **not** be brought as a **class arbitration, class action, or any other type of representative proceeding**.
• **Time to File:** Any dispute must be commenced or filed within **one (1) year** of the date the dispute arose, otherwise the underlying claim is permanently barred.
• **Exceptions:** This arbitration clause does not apply to disputes where either party seeks injunctive or other equitable relief for the alleged unlawful use of **intellectual property** within Turkiye.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms, and your access to and use of the Services shall be governed by and construed, and enforced by the laws of the **TURKIYE REPUBLIC**, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Termination and Miscellaneous

• **Termination:** We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to **terminate your right to access or use the Services at any time** and for any or no reason.
• **Severability:** If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be severable and will **not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining parts**.
• **Entire Agreement:** These Terms constitute the **entire agreement** between you and TSA LLC relating to your access to and use of the Services.
