This involved focused improvements in passport control, housekeeping, baggage claim and wayfinding, as well as stakeholder workshops and a BAH awards program to promote a culture of service excellence.
These improvements, based on passenger feedback, have significantly reduced waiting times, improved wayfinding clarity through improved signage, and created a more welcoming and pleasant overall ambience.
