1. Scope and Acceptance of Terms

**TSA LLC.** (“TSA LLC.”, “we”, “us” or “our”) owns and operates the airport.online website and its sub-domain **tokyo-haneda-airport** (the “Site”), through which it makes available various services and products, including **Flight Tracking, Lounge Services, Meet and Greet, Fast Track services, visa services, airport information, accommodation services, financial information, community notices, media releases, and other services** (collectively, the “Services”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services. By continuing to access or use the Services, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

The Services and all Content (including the TSA LLC logo, text, graphics, and software) are the proprietary property of TSA LLC and are protected by **Türkiye Republic** and international copyright laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license for your personal, non-commercial use only.

5.2 Purchases

For purchases you make through us or our vendors, additional terms may apply. Purchases made through **third parties are solely between you and that third party** and are subject to their terms and conditions.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations on Liability

In no event shall the TSA LLC parties be liable for any **indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages** of any kind arising out of or related to your use of the Services or Content. The maximum aggregate liability of the TSA LLC parties shall not exceed **$100**.

6.3 Release and Indemnification

You agree to **indemnify, defend and hold harmless TSA LLC Parties** from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use or misuse of the Services, any User Content you post, or your violation of these Terms. You also agree to **release, waive, and forever discharge** the TSA LLC Parties from all claims you may have related to these Terms.

7. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

7.1 Dispute Resolution; Arbitration

You and TSA LLC agree to waive your respective rights to have any disputes resolved in a court or by a jury trial. Disputes will be resolved solely through **binding individual arbitration** and will **not be brought as a class arbitration or class action**. Any dispute must be filed within one (1) year of the date the dispute arose. This section does not apply to disputes seeking injunctive or equitable relief for unlawful use of intellectual property within Türkiye.

7.2 Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and enforced by the laws of the **TURKIYE REPUBLIC**. Any dispute between the parties that is not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of the **TURKIYE REPUBLIC**.

8. Miscellaneous

We reserve the right to **modify, suspend or discontinue** the Services at any time. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, that provision will be severable, and it will **not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining part** of these Terms.
