More Information About The Tour

• Make sure every participant has their Original Passport.
• Entry inside Emirates Palace (only pass over)
• All Tours and activities have a set time, however depending on the city's traffic, it may change.
• The mosque is open daily from 9 AM to 8 PM and on Fridays from 5 PM to 8 PM.
•  Traditional abaya (long, black dress-attire) for ladies, which must be returned after the visit to the mosque. Men must cover their shoulders, not above the knee, and their tattoos must be covered. Entry will be refused if this is not done. The company does not provide men's clothing of any type.

Cancellation Policy: Total refund is possible only when cancellations made 48 hrs. before the tour departure. 
A 100% refund will be given if we decide to cancel a trip before it leaves due to inclement weather, safety concerns, or insufficient load requirements. Any excursion may be canceled or guests may be upgraded to a more costly tour at any time. Unused expenditures will be reimbursed to the traveler in the event that part of the tour must be canceled for any reason.
