Yesterday, the Civil Aviation Organization said flights to Dubai and Sharjah airports are restricted because of bad weather and flooding. Flights might be delayed or canceled. Dubai flights resume Maya Lomidze, from the Association of Tour Operators of Russia, told TASS news that Dubai flights might restart tonight. Some flights have already begun, and Lomidze thinks all flights will return to normal by evening.

2,500 Russian tourists are waiting to leave UAE Many parts of Dubai got flooded after heavy rain. Dubai Airport couldn't accept flights due to flooding, so many flights got canceled or delayed. The Association of Russian Tour Operators says around 2,500 Russians are waiting for their flights out of the UAE.
