LTH Airport Location
LTH is located in Dong Nai Province, about 40 km east of Ho Chi Minh City. The Long Thanh–Dau Giay Expressway and planned connecting roads are set to provide fast access to the city and the wider southern region.
LTH Facilities
Architecturally inspired by the lotus flower, LTH is designed with modern smart systems and green, eco-friendly zones. The terminal will offer shopping, dining, lounges and family facilities for a comfortable passenger experience.
Ground Transportation
Access to LTH will be centred on the Long Thanh–Dau Giay Expressway, with further road and rail connections planned to link the airport with Ho Chi Minh City. Taxis, private transfers and shuttle services are expected to serve the terminal.
Airlines and Connectivity
LTH is planned as a major international hub for southern Vietnam, complementing Tan Son Nhat (SGN). Once fully operational, it is expected to serve a wide range of domestic and international carriers across Asia, Europe and beyond.
Terminals Overview
In its first phase, LTH is built to handle around 25 million passengers a year through a single large terminal, with smart passenger-flow systems. Further phases are planned to expand capacity significantly over the coming years.
Parking Services
LTH is designed with multi-storey parking close to the terminal, featuring automated guidance systems to help drivers find spaces quickly. Dedicated zones are planned for premium and accessible parking near the terminal entrances.
Entry and Customs
LTH is set to use biometric e-gates and streamlined customs to make entry fast and welcoming for international visitors. Travellers should check Vietnam’s visa and customs rules before departure for a smooth arrival.
Security Procedures
