Bonjour, j'ai un escale qui m'oblige de passer la nuit là-bas. Puis-je savoir si vous disposez des chambres ou quelques choses comme ça pour passer la nuit? Ou quel service vous me proposer?. J'arrive vers 17h là l’aéroport d’Istanbul et j’ai mon autre vol le lendemain à 08h.

Hi, we are flying on Turkish Airlines in business class and will be transiting (changing planes) at the Istanbul Airport on our outbound and return flights. Our ages 79 and 81. Which service would be the best one for us to confirm? We want buggy service to meet us at the gate, fast track us through security and over to the lounge. Hoping to still be able to use the Turkish business class lounge. I'm just note sure which package to purchase as i did read if you're over 65 that buggy service is free. Thanks in advance.
Hello Danielle, Yes, as you read, the buggy service is free of charge for passengers over 65 years old. However, Fast Track is not sold as a seperate service in Istanbul Airport, so if you want to use the Fast Track service, you need to get VIP Pass.
Is the lounge in the VIP Pass is the IGA Lounge? If not, please specify which one (Pop-up IGA, or other) and what are the facilities included? Also , it is mentioned in the page that access is for 6 hours and in another paragraph access is 4 hours in the lounge. Which one is correct?
