Lost and Found Services
Lost and Found property offices, managed by iGA, can be found at the Terminal Departing Passenger Floor or near the C3 gate after Passport Control Point. These offices are where items found in the Terminal, including in security areas and parking lots, are kept. To locate the office, use the directional signs or the passenger information kiosk and ask the online operator for assistance.

Lost and Found Property Principles
The prices listed in the tariff schedule are for 24-hour (1 day) storage of lost items. Keeping lost items for shorter periods, such as by the hour, is at no cost. Fees for storage begin on the second day after the item is reported lost, as recorded in the Lost and Found Property Document/Form. The practice is based on the Lost and Found Property General Principles.
This tariff is not applied under the following conditions;
Small items such as eyeglasses, watches, mobile phones, wallets, etc. are stored for free.
Prices in the tariff include VAT.
Fast Pass Zones
Fast pass zones are available at the airport to facilitate quick passage, particularly for families with children. These special lanes can be found at entrance door number 1 on the Departure Floor, the second security checkpoint in the Domestic Terminal, and the passport checkpoint in the International Terminal.

Prayer Rooms
At Istanbul Airport, there are prayer rooms that can be freely used by all visitors. There are 44 prayer rooms in total, with half of them serving men and the other half to women.
At Airport City, there will be a mosque soon with a capacity of 6 thousand people, outstanding in both its size and architecture.
Smoking Areas
We have a total of 13 passenger smoking terraces at our airport, 10 of which are on the international airside and 3 of which are on the domestic airside. There are 6 smoking balconies open to passengers. You should confirm which of these are currently in or out of service from the operations unit.
IGA Gallery
There are 2 exhibition areas at Istanbul Airport to enable our passengers to spend their time at the airport most pleasantly. IGA Gallery, the culture and art platform of the Istanbul Airport is located on the airside of the Domestic Terminal, Departures Floor.
1. Ara Güler / Istanbul Exhibition
The photo exhibition of the most beautiful photographs by Ara Güler, the iconic Turkish photographer and journalist who recently passed away.
2. A Victory Monument Exhibition
The photo exhibition tells the 42-month construction story of Istanbul Airport.
Playing Areas
There is a playground for our little passengers at Playland, located at the airside of the departures floor at Istanbul Airport.
Baby Stroller
Istanbul Airport team gives children exceptional care and works to make their trip more manageable and more comfortable, so they offer 0-6 age baby stroller service for free. Guests with babies can use the Baby Stroll from passport Control to the boarding gate on the outgoing and incoming passenger floor. In addition to giving passengers with babies faster access, flight priority is needed.
