I want to order a Meet & Greet service for my parents and I have some questions about it: - my parents are not so young (68 and 65 years old) and they do not speak English, only Ukrainian or Russian. Do you have Ukrainian or Russian speaking guides? - where guide can meet my parents? They are afraid, that they’ll get lost in your huge airport. - will the guide help transfer parents to an earlier flight if it would possible and neseccary? They have tickets with this option Thank you very much.

день добрый. Моя мама (72 года) летит из Казахстана (рейс ТК 355) 14.07, в Нюрнберг (ТК103) через Стамбул. В силу возраста, и отсутствия знаний языка заказываю ей услугу помощи при транзите. подскажите, пожалуйста, графа 3 - информация о рейсе - где дата полета время - это время отправления самолета в Нюрнберг? тогда почему в чеке на оплату выходит время услуги - именно это время вылета, ведь услуга мне нужна по ее прилету в Стамбул. проконсультируйте, пожалуйста. спасибо. из предыдущих сообщений про русскоговорящих гидов поняла. где указывать в заявке что сопровождающий гид должен быть со знанием русского языка?

Hello I need an assistant for my mum for an arrival and departure also. She has her flights (between arrival and departure) with a 5 hours gap. But she needs to get her luggage, get out of the arrival terminal, register once again and leave her baggage at the departure terminal (it is not a transfer tickets). What option should I book? 2 options - Arrival and departure? Can it be the same person, who will help her with arrival and later with the departure?
