Hello, I am interested in booking a transit for a 15 year old girl through Istanbul airport her way from Nice to Durban. Is there a way to specifically request for a female person to assist with this process, if yes how would one do this ? She had a very bad experience on her transfer via Istanbul when she flew over to Nice and is very scared.

I want to book the service for my mom who is travelling from Karachi to oslo with transit at istanbul via turkish airlines. flight is tomorrow sunsay 21st sept TK 0709 from khi-Ist lands at 0945 am, and departure to oslo 10:50 am from istanbul to Oslo. Transit is short, she is elderly and travelling alone. I want to make sure that she is recieved properly and taken care of and safely trasported to her departure gate, and all the way inside the aircraft. and i want to make sure that the assistant shows up inside the gate corridor JUST outside the plane. Can this happen??

Hi, My mom is traveling alone from Turkish Airlines from LAX to Mumbai. She has a connecting flight from instanbul to Mumbai, but since her today’s flight from LAX has been delayed, her next flight for Mumbai is going to be on 18-02-2026 at 7 pm. Also she only speaks Hindi. Would someone be able to pick her up from her gate and if the airline is providing any transit hotel and food services, they would be able to guide her through and can support them the next day to catch her flight? Hello, I am traveling May 15th from Saigon to Ist, arriving in TK163 May 16th at 5: 00 am, then i am embarking on TK801 from Ist to Bog same day may 16th, I am 73 years old and already requested wheel chair assistance for both flights, I want to know if the wheel chair assistance service will take me from the arrival point, to the next flight, I am not sure wether I need to go thru customs or not, could you please provide information as the best way to do this trip?Thanks a lot
