All you need is to complete the "Turkey Traveler Entry" webform and maintain the HES Code (health certificate) 72 hours at most before departing and presented at check-in and upon arriving.

The Istanbul website states the following - is this the case now?
To the attention of passengers with flights departing from the UK to Turkey:Flights departing from the UK to Turkey are temporarily suspended. Of the passengers arriving at Turkey on flights from non-UK departures, those having been to the UK within the last 10 days will be quarantined for 14 days at a location to be determined by the Turkish government. All passengers aged 6 and above and satisfying the said criteria, must present a negative PCR test result with samples given 72 hours prior to time of departure of their first flight.
