Hello there, I'm flying from Brazil to Ireland on Jan 18th with transit for 12h in Turkey. Ireland isn't requiring any test if we're fully vaccinated. Do I have to have a PCR test just to pass through Turkey? Thanks

Yes Chai, you can travel to Turkey and have domestic flights as long as you hold the vaccination certificate. But you might need to make a Rapid test upon your arrival at the Istanbul Airport.
Make sure your HES code is maintained 24hours before landing.

Hi there. I'm flying from Cape Town to Amsterdam, with a layover in Istanbul. With the travel restrictions, does this mean that all flights from South Africa to Istanbul are canceled (even if you just pass through for transit)? Thank you

You can check YOTEL which is the official Istanbul Airport Hotel. But you will need to make a PCR test and maintain a HES code from "Turkey Traveler Entry" webform in order to get inside.
