Hello Jhonelyn, passengers who have only transit in the Istanbul airport do not need to submit a PCR test or any other requirements as long as they stay in the transit area. You must pay attention to the requirements of the country of your destination with regards to PCR testing, age limits, and isolation
periods.

1. Depart from Singapore to Istanbul in March 2022 for Singapore & Malaysia passport holder. Do we need to buy "VTL flight" ticket from Singapore Istanbul if we want quarantine-free entry into Istanbul smoothly ?
2. Already vaccinated with 3 doses Pfizer vaccines. Need to conduct any PCR test before departure in Singapore, for smooth entry into Istanbul ?

You can enter Turkey with a vaccination certificate only, you don't have to quarantine if you're coming from Singapore, the only case that will require for you to quarantine is if you test positive upon your arrival, or have close contact with a positive COVID-19 case.

Hi I plan to enter turkey in Feb 2022. I’ve recovered from Covid in 2020. Took 1 dose of Pfizer vaccine as that is the requirement in Singapore for ex-covid patients and I am considered fully vaccinated. Do I still need to take the PCR test before entering Turkey?

Hey Kim, if you're not going to be leaving the transit area then you won't need a PCR test. But you must check the requirements of the country of your destination with regards to PCR testing, and Covid vaccination.

Hi, I am flying from Singapore to IST on the 3-Feb-22 and will arrive at about 8.20am. I have another flight to Kayceri at 10.40am, do I have to collect my luggage and go though immigration and check in again for my flight to Kayceri? It is a separate booking, not a connecting/transiting flight.

Hi, we are arriving from Denizli to Istanbul this evening and we have a flight to Croatia tomorrow in the evening (teacher and six kids). Do we need to take a PCR test tomorrow before the flight? We are flying with Turkish airlines. Croatian government doesn't require negative tests upon entry.

Hello Bojan, if you're only transiting in the Istanbul Airport and you will stay in the transit area, then you won't need to make any tests. The PCR becomes an essential requirement only if you're planning to exit the transit.
