I lived in Singapore and complete my 3 doses of vaccination, I arrived in Houston, USA two days ago from Singapore.
now, I plan to travel to Istanbul from Houston and stay one day in Instanbul then return to Singapore.
1, from Houston to Istanbul, do I still need a PCR test.
2, On arrival in Istanbul, can I make a PCR test and wait for the result at the hotel, as a PCR test is required to travel to Singapore.

We are fully vaccinated travelers with not-vaccinated kids (12 and 6 years old) and we are all recovered from Covid in January (vaccinated parents and non-vaccinated kids)
We have a flight from Croatia to Sri Lanka via Istanbul in February 2022. Should we have a pre-arrival and on-return PCR test to transfer through Istanbul (transit time is less than 10 hours)?
