My boss is flying on Sunday (30.01.2022) From Sofia (Bulgaria) to Marseille (France) via a 3h transfer in Istanbul.she will not go out and stay only in the transit area.
Does she need to present a PCR/antigen test or any other declaration to show to the Turkish authorities or that is not necessary?
Does she need any PCR/antigen test or any other declaration to show to the French authorities in order to enter France since this will be an internal European Union flight with a connection outside the European Union?

Hello! I am flying from Spain to Russia thru Istanbul - when I were booking a ticket, there was a notice that I will have to leave the transit area and re-check in in Istanbul. If so, I have the QR code of vaccinated, I assume I don't need a PCR test. But how can I obtain HSE code? It asks for the address in Turkey, but I'm not staying there (the connection is for 4 hours). Thank you!
