Dear Simmon,
Passengers coming from Africa should submit a PCR test in case they don't hold a covid vaccination certificate. When it comes to transit, if you're planning to stay in the transit area then you won't need any requirements.

Hello, I'm a Singaporean currently travelling in South Korea. I will be in Korea for 1.5 months. I will be flying to Turkey from South Korea. I am fully vaccinated (both shots received in Singapore). I am also flying to Dalaman on the same day I enter Turkey. As I understand it, I will not need to take a PCR test in Korea before flying, as long as I have my vaccination certificate, correct? This is for both the international and domestic flight. Thank you so much for answering the many questions that people have posted here. It's unusual times and people are nervous about travelling - everyone wants to do the right thing! So I appreciate that you're helping to confirm things for people, even if the information is already available in the article. Have a wonderful day :).

Thank you.
