Hello, on the 11th of December a group of us will travel from Tbilisi to Sarajevo airport transiting through Istanbul airport. We are citizens of Bosnia and Herzegowina, do we need to have a PCR test for the transition? If so, from when do you count 72 hours - moment of taking samples or moment when the test is proved negative?

There's no PCR test center @ Singapore airport and we intend to make a crew change @Singapore but our crew need to have their negative PCR test before they could be allowed to enter in the Philippines. Please kindly advise if possible to transit @Istanbul and have their covid 19 test done at the airport before flying back to the Philippines? Please kindly advise.

You can easily make your PCR test inside the Istanbul Airport, you will have a few options. However, if you need the PCR just for the Istanbul transit, it isn't necessary as long as you stay in the transit area.

Nigerian passport holders need visas in order to enter Turkey. You can easily maintain your e-visa online before you land on top of submitting a negative PCR test so you can leave the transit area.
