Dear Mohamad,
Passengers who are fully vaccinated and hold a COVID vaccination certificate do not need to submit a PCR test in order to enter Turkey. All you need is to complete the "Turkey Traveler Entry" webform and maintain the HES Code (health certificate) 72 hours at most before departing and presented at check-in and upon arriving.

Hey guys, I'm due to travel to Turkey on the 22nd, from the Netherlands (where I am a resident) on a British passport. I'm fully vaccinated, pass the 14 day period, do I need a test? Or do I just need to present a PLF and this HES thing?
Kind regards

It is enough for passegers arriving from Switzerland to hold a COVID recovery certificate released in the last six months? But in that case it may happen that at arrival those passengers are subject to do a PCR test and if the result is positive go on the quarantine?
