I am in Istanbul before traveling back to home country I did PCR test on 18 Nov and the result came positive. I have been quarantined. I repeated the test on 23 Nov by authorized instution of ministry of health turkey and the result came negative. Can I book the flight and travel back. Thank you

Fully vaccinated passengers with a certificate for their COVID vaccination can enter Turkey with no problem. The only thing that will be needed is to get a digital code known as HES Code from the Turkey Entry Form before you land, it's mandatory to have this code in order to go almost anywhere in Turkey.
