Hi Team, I am coming with my family (5 year kid and my wife) to turkey on 10th december as a tourist. We are currently in ireland and have not gone outside ireland since last 9-10 months. We are fully vaccinated with pfizer (have a eu covid certificate). Our passport is indian but we have ireland visa/resident cards. Please confirm if we need rt pcr test result to enter turkey or proof of vaccination will suffice (both doses taken atleast 14 days before)?

Dear Vikas,
Passengers who are fully vaccinated and hold a COVID vaccination certificate do not need to submit a PCR test in order to enter Turkey. All you need is to complete the "Turkey Traveler Entry" webform and maintain the HES Code (health certificate) 72 hours at most before departing and presented at check-in and upon arriving.
Check the following page to get your HES code:

Bonjour Dr. MEKIYOUN,
Pour entrer a la Turquie, vous n'avez besoin que d'un certificat de vaccination et un HES Code que vous pouvez obtenir dans cette page:
https://airport.online/istanbul-airport/en/hes-code
Si vous etre seulement en transit a Istanbul vous n'avez pas besoin de rien du tout, vous restez juste dans l'espace de transit.
